The YearlyKos Convention in Second Life (YKSL) is off to a roaring start, with more than 100 paid participants from around the planet convening in Second Life to create a parallel "virtual convention." I'm participating from Dubai.
Live streaming content from three venues in Chicago is the centerpiece of the virtual convention, and is complemented by YKSL-only interviews and dance parties.
I mean, this entire Convention is one big party, a celebration of Netroots unity, identity, ideas and, above all, community.

We have reached capacity for the convention and therefore we cannot offer any additional credentials for media personnel. You can reach our media team from this page.
C-Span and CNN will both be providing coverage of the convention. You'll find the details below.
CNN
CNN will be providing some live coverage of the Leadership Forum in a cut-in fashion. To catch this forum on CNN you'll need to wait for the segments to air on the shows currently running. The leadership forum will be held on Saturday, August 4th between 1pm and 3:45pm central time.
C-Span
C-Span will be providing taped coverage for a number of the sessions that will be featured during the convention. These sessions will be taped and broadcast later, so check your local listings. The following sessions will be covered.
